Secondly, controlling the temperature and time during the roasting process is also very important. The third step is the cooling process, at this stage, the roasted coffee beans need to be cooled quickly to stop the roasting process. This can be done by placing the coffee beans in a well-ventilated place for natural cooling, or by using professional cooling equipment. Proper cooling can maintain the internal moisture and aroma of the coffee beans and make them more stable.

The last step is preservation and grinding. Freshness is essential for a delicious cup of coffee, so when packaging, you should choose a container with good sealing performance and store it in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture and direct sunlight. In addition, it is also very important to grind it on the spot before drinking, so that more flavor substances can be retained.


In short, coffee beans can only show their best taste and aroma after careful selection, scientific control of temperature and time, reasonable cooling, proper storage and grinding. Only after going through this process can we taste that intoxicating cup of fragrant coffee.
