Correctly controlling the water temperature is key to brewing quality coffee. Generally speaking, the best brewing temperature is between 90°C and 96°C. To preserve the freshness and flavor of coffee, proper storage is essential. Store unground coffee beans in a dry, dark, well-sealed container away from heat and humidity. Already ground coffee should be used as soon as possible, as it will oxidize and deteriorate faster.
