Do you know the difference between latte and mocha?

Latte is a classic blend of Italian espresso and milk. Italians also like to drink latte for breakfast. In the kitchen of Italians in the morning, coffee and milk are usually cooked on the stove in the sunlight. Italians who drink latte like milk more than Italian espresso. Only espresso can give ordinary milk an unforgettable taste.

Latte requires a small cup of Italian espresso and a cup of milk. Latte has more milk and less coffee. The method of making latte is very simple, that is, pour nearly boiling milk into the freshly made Italian espresso. In fact, there is no fixed rule on how much milk to add, and it can be freely adjusted according to personal taste.

If you add some frothy cold milk to the hot milk, you get an American latte. Starbucks' American latte is made in this way: Italian espresso at the bottom, milk heated to 65-75°C in the middle, and a layer of cold milk foam no thicker than half a centimeter at the end.

Iced latte uses fructose mixed with milk to increase the gravity of the milk so that it will not mix with the lighter coffee, forming two distinct layers of black and white, creating a visual effect like a cocktail. Add ice cubes to give people an elegant, romantic and warm feeling.

Latte

It is another variation of Italian coffee. The brewing steps are the same, but the ratio of coffee, milk and milk foam is slightly different. The proportion of milk in latte is twice that of cappuccino, that is, the ratio of coffee, milk and milk foam is 1:2:1.

Mocha

Originally refers to coffee beans from Ethiopia, which are small in size but strong in aroma and acidity. Now it generally refers to a coffee drink invented by Mexicans, the origin of chocolate - a drink made by adding chocolate to latte. These two things are a perfect combination, and the aromas of the two complement each other, reaching an unprecedented level of beauty.
