Unique charm: How to enjoy a cup of coffee without a coffee machine

Coffee is an intoxicating drink whose aroma and taste can make people feel happy and relaxed. However, not everyone has a coffee machine to make their favorite coffee. However, this does not mean that you can't enjoy delicious and fragrant coffee at home. This article will introduce some ways to make delicious coffee without using a coffee machine.

Hand flushing

Pour-over coffee is a simple and effective way to make coffee. All you need is freshly ground coffee beans, filter paper, and hot water to start making it.

First, weigh an appropriate amount of fresh coffee beans in a clean and dry container, and use a manual or electric grinder to grind them into particles of a size suitable for a hand-poured kettle.

Next, place the filter paper in the brew pot and pre-wet the filter paper with boiling water to remove the impurities and taste of the filter paper.

Then, place the ground coffee into the filter paper and gently shake the brewer to evenly distribute the grounds.

Finally, pour in an appropriate amount of hot water slowly and evenly. When the water penetrates through the filter paper, you can enjoy a cup of fragrant and delicious hand-brewed coffee.

French Press

The French Press is another simple way to make strong coffee. It uses a specially designed filter and air pressure to extract the essence from the coffee beans.

First, weigh out the appropriate amount of freshly ground coffee beans in a clean, dry container and place it in your French press.

Next, pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and stir well. Then cover the French press with the lid consisting of a filter and piston rod, and gently press the piston rod until it is flush with the liquid surface.

Wait for about 4-5 minutes for the coffee to fully soak in. Then, slowly press the piston rod down to keep the filter at a certain distance from the liquid surface.

Finally, tilt the French press and pour the coffee gently. You will find that the coffee made in this way has a rich aroma and a mellow taste.

Siphon pot

The siphon pot is a device that uses the principles of gravity and air pressure to make coffee. It can help you make a rich and complex coffee.

First, weigh out the appropriate amount of freshly ground coffee beans in a clean and dry container and place it in the siphon pot.

Next, add cold water to the lower container and place the top cover consisting of a filter and sealing ring on top.

Then the water in the lower container is heated until it boils. When the water starts to boil, a vacuum effect is formed in the upper container, and the water vapor containing the essence and aroma substances in the powder is extracted through the pipe.

Finally, when the water in the lower container has been completely pumped into the upper container, you can remove the siphon pot from the heat source and tilt it to pour out the prepared coffee.

Summarize

You don't need a coffee machine to make delicious, rich coffee. Pour-over, French press, and syphon are three simple and effective methods. By choosing a method that suits your taste and preferences, you can easily enjoy a cup of intoxicating, rich coffee at home.
