How to enjoy a good cup of coffee

Coffee is an essential drink for many people every morning, which can bring people a sense of wakefulness and refreshment. However, sometimes we may not have a coffee machine or coffee beans, but still want to taste the fragrant coffee. In this article, I will share some methods and tips to help you enjoy delicious coffee without these tools.

Choose the right boiling water

First, before making any type of coffee, make sure you use fresh, clean, and good quality water. It is best to use a filter or purifier when boiling water to remove impurities and odors. If you don't have these devices around, you can try filtering the boiled water with gauze or paper towels.

Use a pour-over coffee maker instead of a coffee machine

Although we don't have modern equipment such as electric grinders and automatic drip kettles to make a perfect cup of coffee with plenty of milk foam and rich aroma and taste (smooth experience with a hint of bitterness), we can use a hand-poured kettle instead. The hand-poured kettle is a simple and practical tool that can help us make fragrant and delicious coffee.

Choosing the right coffee beans

When there are no ready-made coffee beans, you can try using ground or unground coffee powder sold in ordinary supermarkets. If you want a more fresh and personalized taste experience, you can also consider buying green beans and roasting and grinding them yourself.

Brewing coffee correctly

Pour water into the hand-pour kettle and heat it to the appropriate temperature (about 90°C) on the fire. Next, put an appropriate amount of coffee powder (adjust according to personal taste) in a glass or clay cup. Slowly pour the pre-prepared and slightly pre-soaked filter paper (filter) and the bubbling boiling water until all the powder is just covered. Wait for about 30 seconds so that the coffee powder can fully expand.

Then, slowly pour in the remaining boiled water and gently stir the coffee liquid with the filter in the hand brewing kettle. This ensures that all the coffee powder can fully contact with the water and release its aroma and taste.

Enjoy the aroma of coffee

Finally, pour the brewed coffee into a pre-heated cup. You can add milk, sugar or other seasonings to enhance the taste according to your personal taste. Then quietly taste this cup of fragrant and delicious coffee and enjoy the relaxation and pleasure it brings to your body and mind.

in conclusion

Although not having modern equipment such as coffee machines and fresh beans may limit us from making the perfect cup of coffee at home with plenty of milk foam and rich aroma and taste (smooth experience with a hint of bitterness), we can still enjoy the aroma of coffee by choosing the right quality, clean and pure water, using a hand-pour pot instead of a coffee machine, choosing the right coffee beans and brewing the coffee correctly. Hopefully these methods and tips will help you enjoy delicious coffee without these tools.
