One current review per member
A signed-in member can maintain one current review for a product, brand, café or coffee reference. Edits return to moderation. Only approved reviews from active members count toward the visible average and distribution; a business cannot score its own listing.
Scores and evidence
The visible score is the arithmetic mean of approved overall ratings, accompanied by the count and star distribution. No seed ratings are supplied. A purchase badge requires an administrator’s evidence check, not simply selecting “purchase experience”. The internal ranking prior is 3.5 with a weight of five reviews; it does not replace the displayed mean.
Replies and moderation
The author and a verified business representative may reply in the review thread. Comments are moderated separately. Helpful votes exclude self-votes. Report abuse or conflicts of interest through the site team.
