Secondly, you also need to pay attention to the water temperature and water quality. The water temperature should be between 90°C-96°C. Too low will result in insufficient extraction, and too high may bring a bitter taste. In addition, pure water with no odor or contaminants and moderate hardness (about 120-150ppm) can also ensure the best results.
