For example, coffee beans produced in Brazil usually have a sweet flavor like nuts and chocolate, while coffee beans produced in Colombia tend to have a refreshing acidity like citrus and fruit. When buying, you can try different types or mixed varieties to find the one that best suits your taste preferences.


Secondly, when using a household grinder, you need to pay attention to adjusting the degree of grinding. The coarseness will directly affect the contact area and time length between water and coffee particles during the extraction process. For brewing methods such as drip or French press, coarser particles can extend the extraction time and reduce the extraction of bitter taste, while for espresso machines, finer particles are required to ensure sufficient extraction time and fully release the coffee aroma.
