The magical transformation of coffee beans: from picking to roasting, explore the wonderful process of coffee making!

Coffee is an intoxicating drink. Its production process is full of magic and unpredictable colors. From picking to roasting, every link affects the final taste and taste of coffee beans.

First, let's take a look at how coffee beans are picked. When the coffee trees bear ripe fruits, farmers will peel them off by hand or with tools. This process requires caution and patience, because only fully ripe fruits can produce the best taste.

Next, the picked coffee cherries are processed through peeling, fermentation, washing and other steps. First, the outer layer of pulp is peeled off in the peeling machine, leaving the inner part called "germ" - what we often call "coffee beans". Then, it is fermented in a fermentation tank for a period of time (usually 24-48 hours). This step helps to remove the fixed substances remaining on the germ and improve its flavor.

Washing is the next important step. After fermentation, the coffee beans are rinsed in a sink to remove dirt and impurities from the fermentation process. This step is critical because clean beans will better retain their original flavor.

Finally, let's look at the magical transformation process of roasting. In the roaster, the coffee beans are heated to a high temperature and constantly stirred to ensure even heating. Over time, the coffee beans gradually change color and emit a rich and tempting aroma.

The entire production process is full of miracles and unpredictable things. From picking to roasting, farmers need to carefully care and handle every link to get high-quality coffee beans. So, when you taste a cup of delicious and fragrant coffee, please remember how much effort and wisdom it has gone through and paid behind it.
