The reporter learned that the robot coffee kiosk is open 24 hours a day, does not require staff on duty, occupies an area of ​​less than 2.5 square meters, but can provide two types of coffee beans, two types of cups, cold/hot/ice options and more than 50 flavors of coffee. The average preparation time is only 1 minute. The coffee beans and fresh milk are strictly selected, and the taste is not inferior to several major coffee shops on the market. It also has a number of services such as personalized customization, which can realize instant ice making, creative toppings, and layered beverage production. "In the preliminary research, we found that the coffee prepared by the barista is likely to have unstable quality, but this will not happen in the robot coffee kiosk." Sun Li, deputy general manager of Heitun Technology, said that compared with traditional coffee shops, Heitun's robot coffee kiosk has its own advantages in terms of business hours, product quality and store opening costs.

In order to let customers drink a cup of satisfying coffee, Heitun Technology invited all employees of Huandonghua Zhishangyuan and Wuyi Business Center where the company is located to taste for free and conduct taste research. The taste of Arabica coffee beans and imported organic coffee beans currently used has been recognized by most customers.
