Coffee beans: the source of aroma, the secret to tasting coffee!

Coffee beans are the source of aroma and the secret to tasting coffee. Whether it is a strong espresso or a refreshing American coffee, it is inseparable from this small bean.

First, let's understand where coffee beans come from. They are usually grown in high altitude areas, such as countries like Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia. These places have unique climatic conditions, fertile soil, and the right amount of sunlight and rain needed to grow coffee trees.

When the coffee cherries are ripe, farmers pick them and remove the skin. Then, they dry them in the sun or use mechanical methods to remove the pulp and inner membrane. Finally, we get the green coffee beans we are familiar with.

Then comes the important step - the roasting process. Roasting at high temperature can make the originally green and tasteless coffee beans release an intoxicating aroma and taste. Different degrees, times and temperatures of roasting will produce coffee beans with different flavors. For example, light roasting will make the coffee beans retain more acidity and floral flavors, while dark roasting will produce a stronger bitterness and cocoa flavor.

The last step is to grind the coffee beans. Depending on the brewing method, you need to choose the appropriate coarseness of the coffee powder. For espresso, you need a finer powder; for drip or French press, you need a slightly coarser powder.

In summary, every step from planting to brewing can affect the final quality and taste. Only by using high-quality, fresh, properly processed and preserved coffee beans can we truly experience the charm they bring.

Whether it is the first cup of refreshing drink when you wake up in the morning or a moment of tranquility during afternoon tea time, tasting a cup of fragrant and rich coffee always brings pleasure and enjoyment. Let us feel the magic of coffee beans and taste the mystery of coffee with awe.
