Coffee beans turned into instant powder! The production method is revealed!

Coffee is a must-have drink for many people in the morning, but sometimes we may not have enough time to grind beans and brew a cup of fragrant coffee. At this time, instant coffee powder becomes our best choice. So, do you know how instant coffee is made? Let's reveal it to you below.

First of all, making instant coffee powder requires high-quality coffee beans. After these beans are strictly screened and roasted, they will be sent to a special processing plant for processing. In the processing plant, the whole coffee beans are first ground into fine particles, and the particles of different sizes are separated through a sieve.

Next, freeze-drying is carried out in a huge, hot container. This process is called freeze-drying. First, liquid nitrogen is injected into the container to bring it to extremely low temperatures and quickly cool everything to preserve its original flavor and nutrients.

The liquid water is then transformed directly from a solid state to a gaseous state (i.e. dehydration) at low temperatures. This process is called sublimation, and through it, the water molecules are detached from the coffee particles without leaving any residue.

Finally, after the condensation drying and sublimation process, only pure instant coffee powder is left. This powder is very soluble in water and retains the flavor and aroma of the original coffee beans. When we want to drink a cup of instant coffee, just add the appropriate amount of instant powder to hot water and stir well.

In summary, making instant coffee powder requires multiple steps such as grinding, condensation drying and sublimation. These steps ensure that the final product has good solubility and the flavor characteristics of the original beans. Therefore, it is possible to enjoy a cup of delicious and fragrant instant coffee in a fast-paced life.
