Coffee bean grade classification: from AAA to center, taste the mellow coffee journey!

The coffee beans are graded according to their quality and taste. From AAA to center, each grade represents a different degree of high-quality coffee. Today, we will take you on a journey of tasting mellow coffee.

First, let's take a look at AAA coffee beans. These beans are usually of the highest quality and the most perfect taste. They are carefully selected and strictly controlled for quality during planting, harvesting, and processing. These beans are produced in high altitude areas with just the right climatic conditions, fertile soil, and absolute attention.

Next up are grade AA beans, which are pretty much the same quality as AAA. While they may be slightly below AAA, they still have excellent flavor characteristics and aroma.

Grade A coffee beans are the middle grade and are more common in the market. Although they may not be as outstanding as the first two grades, they still provide a satisfactory taste experience.

Grade B and below are considered sub-optimal or low-quality coffee beans. They may have some defects such as uneven color, size or flavor. These beans are usually used to make instant coffee or low-priced coffee products.

Finally, we come to the heart grade. Heart grade coffee beans are often a blend of lesser quality beans, but are still able to provide a satisfying cup of coffee when carefully roasted and blended.

No matter which grade of coffee beans you choose, remember that it is important to store and grind them correctly before brewing. Preserve freshness and choose the right grind for your preference.

In the journey of tasting aromatic coffee, AAA to center grade represents different levels and taste characteristics. Whether you are pursuing perfection or looking for a great value for money, you can find a coffee that suits your taste preferences within this range.
