Simple tutorial on how to make coffee latte art

1. Extract a cup of Espresso

2. Making milk foam

1. The first step is to understand the correct operation process of the coffee machine steam system, understand the purpose of spraying the steam pipe before and after making milk foam, and understand the importance of towels and hand cleaning in coffee making. The second step is to learn how to touch the milk surface with the nozzle, the location of the point, and the depth of the point. The third step is to understand two temperatures. One is the start and end temperature of foaming, and the other is the temperature when the milk foam is completed. These two temperatures are very important for beginners, which is directly related to whether the principle of milk foaming is mastered.

2. Pour the milk into the milk jug. The amount should not exceed 1/2 of the milk frother, otherwise the milk will overflow due to expansion when making milk froth.

3. Use the coffee machine steam to find the right angle to whip the milk densely. The temperature should reach about 60 degrees and should not exceed 70 degrees, otherwise the protein structure of the milk will be destroyed.

1. Milk foam requirements;

1. Frothing milk: the most important technique, although not very advanced, but it requires a long time of practice, requiring the milk foam to be delicate and smooth, and never have large milk foam. 2. The angle of frothing milk: it is best to make the milk at a 45-degree angle to the steam nozzle, and the thickness of the milk foam depends on the up and down floating. 3. Only semi-automatic coffee machines can make the best latte art. 4. The oil problem of coffee also plays a key role and directly affects the taste of a cup of coffee. 5. Too small a cup requires too much technical experience.

2. Latte Art Production

Mix the whipped milk and espresso thoroughly

①、Inject at 1//3, tilt the coffee cup at about 30 degrees, and raise the latte art cup 10cm to puncture the coffee oil.

②. Lower the latte art cup so that it is close to the mouth of the coffee cup, and keep a certain flow rate and swing evenly with a width of 1 cm to make white spots appear on the surface;

③. As the cup is shaken, the shape becomes larger. At this time, please note: the latte art machine must not move back, and continue to keep the flow rate swinging at a fixed point;

④. When the cup is full, the coffee cup should be slowly laid flat to prevent overflow. Continuing to shake the cup can make the heart-shaped pattern more layered and linear;

⑤. When the cup is 90% full, slowly lift the cup, reduce the flow rate, and slowly pour it into the front part of the heart shape;

⑥ The position of the milk line determines the symmetry of the left and right sizes of the heart shape;

⑦. When the line is wound up, the cup is full but not overflowing. The thickness of the milk foam in the coffee cup should be 1-1.5cm. Congratulations, a beautiful heart-shaped cappuccino is ready.
