– Italian Fancy Coffee –

Italy Marocchino

Every day after lunch break, I want to take a nap to replenish my energy for the day. In order to refresh myself, most office workers will prepare a few boxes of instant coffee in the office. When I feel a little sleepy, I will make a cup of it, and the whole house will be filled with fragrance.

Although instant coffee is simple and convenient, the additives in it are bad for your health if you drink too much, and the sugar content in it is also surprisingly high!

But bread is necessary, and so is coffee. It would be nice if you could have a cup of Italian-style coffee that you made yourself when you want to drink a beverage.

When talking about Italian coffee, we have to mention Espresso. As the soul of coffee, Espresso is the basis of all Italian coffee. For example, the classic Marocchino is made by adding dense milk foam and chocolate powder to espresso.

If you make it yourself, you can also use milk instead of milk foam. Add it to the espresso brewed with hot water, and then sift in the thick chocolate powder, and you can enjoy a cup of fragrant fancy coffee!
