Tips for making coffee bean cookies: Let your taste buds immerse in the unique charm of fragrant coffee!

Coffee bean biscuits are a delicious snack that allows people to immerse themselves in the unique charm of fragrant coffee. It combines the aroma of coffee beans and the taste of biscuits, bringing people a unique and pleasant taste experience.



Making coffee bean cookies is not complicated and can be done in a few simple steps. First, we need to prepare the necessary ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, salt, egg yolks and finely ground coffee beans. Mix the flour, butter, sugar and salt together and knead them gently with your fingers into a uniform dough. Then add the egg yolks and finely ground coffee beans and knead them again.

Next, place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. This will make the dough more compact and easier to handle. Take out the refrigerated dough, sprinkle a small amount of flour on the table to prevent sticking, and roll it out with a rolling pin to a suitable thickness (about 0.5 cm).
