3 techniques for making coffee latte art, it’s hard to learn them

Coffee latte art adds a lot of color to a monotonous cup of coffee and enriches the variety of coffee. Many coffee lovers are very obsessed with coffee latte art. In coffee making, using milk foam to make various colorful coffee latte art is like creating a world by yourself. Baitianhui Coffee Training Teacher shares coffee latte art skills with you, hoping to improve your coffee latte art skills.

1. There are three basic techniques for drawing:

1. The direct pour forming method means using the foamed milk to quickly pour it directly into the espresso before the milk and milk foam are separated. After the milk, milk foam and espresso are blended to a certain saturation state, use the shaking control technique of the hand to form various shapes.

2. The mold decorating method can be divided into two ways of expression. One is to let the milk stand for about 30 seconds after the milk is foamed to allow a certain degree of separation between the milk and the milk foam. Then use a spoon to block part of the milk foam, so that the lower layer of milk and espresso can be blended first, and then let the milk foam gently cover the coffee to form a snow-white surface. Finally, use various decorating molds, place them about 1 cm above the coffee surface, and sprinkle fine chocolate powder or matcha powder through the gaps of the decorating molds to form beautiful patterns on the surface of the coffee foam. The second method is the same as the first method, but the difference is that this method is to sprinkle powder on the coffee to create various patterns, which requires the milk foam to be fine and not to damage the coffee surface when pouring, and not to show the whiteness of the milk foam, so that the milk foam and espresso can be fully blended under the liquid surface. The mold decorating method can be combined with simple hand-painted graphics to create richer and more interesting patterns.

3. The hand-drawn graphics method is to use the white dots or irregular shapes produced during the fusion of espresso, milk and milk foam, and use bamboo sticks and other suitable items to dip in milk foam, chocolate sauce and other dipping sauces to draw various graphics on the surface of the coffee.
