Guide to using drip coffee

Drip coffee is a convenient and quick way to make coffee, which is gradually loved by more and more people. It is not only easy to carry and easy to operate, but also can keep the coffee fresh. The following will introduce the use guide of drip coffee.

1. Preparation

Before we start making it, we need to prepare the following materials: a pack of drip coffee, a kettle or electric kettle, a cup and a stirring stick.

First, fill the kettle or electric kettle with water and heat it to boiling. At the same time, put a pack of drip coffee in the cup.

2. Splashing water brewing method

The water pouring method is one of the most commonly used and simplest methods. First, after putting the powder into the hanging ear bag, gently shake the bag to evenly distribute the powder.

Then, slightly moisten the filter paper on top of the bag with boiling water to prevent the coffee grounds from leaking out of the outside of the bag.

Next, slowly pour hot water into the cup until the coffee bag is completely immersed in the water. Wait for about 3-5 minutes for the coffee to fully brew.

Finally, use the stirring stick to gently stir the coffee liquid in the cup to make it evenly mixed. Now you can enjoy the delicious drip coffee.

3. Water temperature control

The taste of a good drip coffee has a lot to do with the water temperature. Generally speaking, the appropriate water temperature is between 90℃ and 95℃. If the water temperature is too high, it will increase the bitterness; if the water temperature is too low, the aroma and flavor of the coffee powder cannot be fully extracted.

Therefore, during the production process, pay attention to controlling the heating time of the kettle or electric kettle, and let the boiled water cool down slightly before pouring it into the cup.

4. Adjust the taste

Everyone has different preferences for the taste of coffee. Some people like strong flavors, while others prefer lighter ones. Drip coffee can also be adjusted according to personal taste.

If you like strong coffee, you can use less water during the brewing process; if you like a lighter taste, you can increase the amount of water or reduce the brewing time.

In addition, you can add appropriate amount of sugar or milk to adjust the sweetness and milky flavor of the coffee according to your personal taste.

5. Notes

When using drip coffee, please pay attention to the following points:

- The filter paper above the ear bag should be moistened to prevent powder leakage; - The brewing time should not be too long, otherwise it will increase the bitterness; - Be gentle when stirring and avoid touching the stirring rod to the bottom of the cup; - Be careful when pouring hot water to avoid scalding yourself.

6. Conclusion

Drip coffee is a convenient, fast, easy-to-use and fresh way to make coffee. By mastering the above usage guidelines, I believe you can easily make delicious drip coffee and enjoy the rich and mellow taste.

I hope this article is helpful to you. I wish you can find your favorite flavor when tasting drip coffee!
