1. Espresso

Espresso is the most basic and common type of coffee. It is made by brewing finely ground coffee beans through high-pressure steam. Espresso usually has a strong and rich taste, so it is loved by consumers.

To make a perfect cup of espresso, you first need to choose high-quality coffee beans that are fresh, grinded to the right degree, and suitable for the brewing device (such as an Italian filter pot). Next, a switch is turned on to melt the coffee powder pre-added to the bottom container after a pre-heated and boiling water is filled to the correct temperature (usually 90-95°C). Then, high-pressure water vapor is manually or automatically controlled to enter the bottom container, mixing the hot water with the coffee powder and filtering it out through the filter.

2. Americano

American coffee is a relatively light coffee. It is made by adding a proper amount of hot water to espresso brewed with boiling water. American coffee usually has a more balanced and soft taste.

To make a perfect cup of Americano, you first need to choose a medium-grinded, fresh and high-quality espresso beans suitable for the brewing device (such as a drip pot). Next, after a pre-heated and boiling water is filled to the correct temperature (usually 90-95°C), pour a sufficient amount of espresso into the paper filter placed above the drip pot, and slowly add the accurate amount of pre-heated boiling water added to the bottom of the pot to complete the brewing process.
