Introduction to the world's famous coffee varieties

1. Espresso

Italian espresso, also known as Espresso, is one of the most classic coffees. It is made from finely ground coffee beans, which are quickly brewed through the powder using high-pressure steam. This method extracts the rich flavor and aroma from the coffee beans and creates a layer of golden foam called "cream".

2. French Press

The French press is a simple and popular method of brewing coffee. It uses coarsely ground coffee beans and hot water, which are stirred in a container and left to stand for a few minutes before a metal filter separates the solid particles from the liquid. This method retains more oils and particles in the cup, giving it a fuller mouthfeel and rich flavor.

3. Turkish Coffee

Turkish coffee made in a Turkish clay pot is famous for its special taste. This coffee uses ultra-fine ground coffee beans and water that is slowly boiled in a small clay pot until a thick and fragrant liquid is produced. Turkish coffee usually has some residual particles, so you need to be careful not to drink the bottom when drinking it.

4. Colombian Coffee

Colombia is one of the world's largest producers of Arabica coffee, which is characterized by moderate acidity, balanced taste, and obvious nutty and chocolate flavors. Colombians attach great importance to coffee planting and processing, and they are famous for their high quality.

5. Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

The Yirgacheffe coffee is a famous Arabica coffee producing area in Ethiopia, with large production and export volume and excellent quality. Yirgacheffe coffee with floral, citrus and jasmine-like fresh aroma is produced here. This coffee is usually cultivated and harvested by hand, so it has a unique flavor.

6. Brazilian Coffee

Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer, and its exports account for a large part of the global market. Brazilian coffee is generally low in acidity, rich in taste, and nutty. Due to Brazil's vast land and sparse population, they use mechanized harvesting and processing methods to increase efficiency.

7. Kenya AA

Kenya is one of the most important Arabica coffee producing regions in Africa, and Kenya AA is one of the highest quality representatives in the region. This coffee is known for its bright and sharp acidity, floral aromas and citrus flavors. Kenyan farmers ensure that each bean meets high standards through careful selection, processing and roasting.

8. Antigua, Guatemala

The Antigua region of Guatemala is one of the most famous coffee producing regions in the world, and its coffee is famous for its moderate acidity, balanced taste and chocolate flavor. The soil and climate conditions here are very suitable for coffee growth, and farmers ensure that each bean is of high quality by hand picking and careful processing.

9. Vietnamese Coffee

Vietnam is one of the world's largest producers of Robusta coffee, and Sam Poh is one of the region's most popular representatives. This coffee is usually made with coarsely ground beans and a filter, and is slowly brewed after placing sweetened curd at the bottom of the cup. Sam Poh has a strong taste, a slightly bitter flavor, and a sweetness with a milky aroma.

10. Trentino (Flat White)

Trentino originated in Australia and has become popular around the world. This coffee is made by mixing espresso with micro-foamed milk, which is less milk but more espresso than latte. With its rich coffee flavor and smooth milk texture, Trentino is the first choice for people who like a strong taste.
