Food temptation: coffee that is popular all over the world

According to legend, there was a shepherd who found that his sheep jumped up and down in excitement after eating a kind of red fruit. Later, he tried to boil these red fruits and found that they were extremely fragrant. After drinking them, they were even more energetic. Since then, drinks made from these red fruits have been widely circulated as refreshing drinks.

There are many types of coffee. Making perfect Italian espresso at home requires skills and experience. First, use a high-pressure machine to extract it instantly, and then drink it all in one gulp. 30cc of coffee requires 7-9 grams of coffee powder, using a very fine special grinding method. The brewed espresso should be put into a thick and small coffee cup that has been heated in advance, and it will taste good when you drink it while it is hot.

What I really rely on is the down-to-earth latte. The ratio of an authentic Italian latte is: 70% milk, 20% milk foam, and 10% coffee. Latte has more milk and less coffee, which is very different from Cappuccino. Latte is very simple to make. Just pour the freshly made Italian espresso into the nearly boiling milk. The bottom is milk heated to 65-75℃, the middle is Italian espresso, and the last is a layer of cold milk foam no more than half a centimeter. It tastes smooth and fragrant, and a sense of happiness arises spontaneously.

When you are most unscrupulous, have a cup of mocha. Cafe mocha refers to coffee mixed with chocolate. The surface of mocha can be decorated with cocoa powder or cinnamon. Mocha lacks the rich milk foam of latte, and the dense taste brought by milk foam. But mocha coffee is more suitable for the public taste after adding fresh cream and chocolate. Mocha is the beauty of the coffee world, revealing a charming fragrance under the gorgeous surface.

When I go to KFC in the summer, I always like to order a cup of snow capped coffee. The combination of coffee, ice cream and ice cubes is really delicious, cool and refreshing, making people happy! The method is not difficult. Use half the amount of boiling water to brew a small bag of coffee, add ice cubes to the cup until it is 70% full, and then add the homemade ice cream ball.

When you are in a good mood, make a cup of coffee yourself, sit by the window, look at the blue sky, bask in the gentle sunshine, let the wind blow in through the window, and gently brush your long hair…

Imagine you are sitting in a square in Europe, or on the crowded Champs-Elysées.

Even in an unknown coffee shop, that hint of fragrance is enough to make the time pass by.

If you have the opportunity to go to Italy, you must go to a coffee shop (they call it a bar). In Italy, the existence of a bar is not to kill time and socialize. Italians buy coffee and sip it alone. They like the coffee to be served warm and at the right temperature, which allows them to solve their problems quickly. There are 60 million people in Italy, but there are 100,000 bars, which is a higher ratio than any other country. In Italy, real coffee is espresso. Italians only drink cappuccino in the morning, and they almost never drink coffee with milk after lunch. It is their tradition to have a cup of coffee after lunch and dinner.

However, the most interesting thing is a coffee shop in France. It is said that only the most polite guests can enjoy the delicious and affordable coffee at the Petite Syrah Cafe on the Cote d'Azur. The notice board outside the shop reads:

Un café (a cup of coffee) – 7

Un café, s'il vous plait (Give me a cup of coffee, please) – 4.25

Bonjour! Un café, s'il vous plait (Hello, please give me a cup of coffee) – 1.40

Have a cup of coffee and you will discover the best side of coffee.
