What is ABrC:

ABrC is the abbreviation of the Coffee Enthusiasts Hand-Pour Competition. It is a national coffee hand-pour competition regardless of age, gender and occupation, and has a wide range of contacts. The judges of the competition select the contestant who brews the best coffee in the group through blind tasting, and advance in this way until the champion is decided. ABrC competes on the taste and taste of the brewed coffee liquid, aiming to encourage the majority of hand-pour coffee lovers to exchange coffee culture and promote the popularization of hand-pour coffee for all.

The 2019 ABrC Enthusiasts Hand Pour Over Competition has been incorporated into the national competition system of the Chinese coffee industry. The fifth ABrC national champion, runner-up and third place winner will directly advance to the finals of the Chinese coffee industry national competition to compete for the "National Technical Expert" awarded by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China in 2020 and obtain the national professional technical level senior barista certificate issued by the Vocational Skills Appraisal Center of the China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.
