Coffee is refreshing and healthy, so is it really okay to drink instant coffee for a long time?

Coffee has always been a drink for many office workers. It is precisely because of its refreshing effect that it can help people who are in poor spirits or have difficulty concentrating. This is also because of the most effective caffeine in coffee.

It can regulate the cortex of the central nervous system of the brain, thereby achieving a certain effect of refreshing and relieving fatigue. Under normal circumstances, it can maintain the mental state for about half a day and temporarily keep you away from fatigue.

There are many types of coffee on the market according to the needs of different groups of people, such as American coffee, latte, espresso, instant coffee, etc. The first three are mostly made from freshly ground coffee beans, while the latter are mostly made from pre-mixed ingredients and can be brewed with hot water.

There is no need to explain the first three. If you can accept the bitterness of coffee and drink a moderate amount every day, that is, no more than 400 mg of caffeine intake, which is about the amount of 2 medium cups of coffee outside, it will not be harmful to your health.

But if you always add a lot of sugar to adjust the taste, or add some other sweeteners, then this is not an advisable approach. Instead, it will increase the risk of obesity due to excessive calorie intake.

So if you drink instant coffee for a long time, is it good or bad for your health?

In addition to some freshly ground coffee or homemade coffee on the market, there is another kind of coffee that people drink, which is instant coffee. This kind of coffee is fast and cheap, and is deeply loved by many people. Especially in winter, it is also a drink for many office workers to warm their hands and bodies.

But this is just a superficial phenomenon. If you look closely, you can see from the ingredient list on the back of the coffee that the reason why most coffees taste so good is because they contain a lot of sugar.

According to relevant surveys, more than half of many small bags of coffee are sugar. Even if such coffee satisfies your taste buds, it will increase the risk of obesity to the greatest extent.

The Chinese Nutrition Society also points out that the amount of sugar a normal adult should consume should not exceed 50g per day, and it is best to control it within half of that. In addition to sugar, there is another ingredient called non-dairy creamer, which is also called creamer. Like sugar, it is an ingredient that can harm health to a certain extent.

If you really think that instant coffee is suitable for you, then you have two options: One option is to choose coffee without low sugar or sugar, and while drinking coffee, limit other high-calorie foods and control your sugar intake for the day.

Another way is to choose instant black coffee. Black coffee often does not contain a lot of sugar and non-dairy creamer, but has a higher nutritional value.
