The whole coffee beans exude a caramel aroma and have a mellow taste, which is loved by most people. Dark roastThe longer the coffee beans are roasted, the more bitter they are. Therefore, the most distinctive characteristics of deep roasted coffee are bitterness and burnt taste, and the fruit acidity and origin flavor decrease rapidly.
