Spring sleepiness, summer fatigue, autumn naps, and winter hibernation. All year round, what can help you awaken your inner spirit is not a shot of chicken blood, but a cup of coffee. Iced latte is a favorite of coffee lovers. Have a cup on a hot summer day and enjoy the refreshing feeling it brings~~
Iced Latte
Materials
Ice cubes 45ml espresso 20ml sugar water 150ml iced milk
Production process
Step 1: Add 3 grams of coffee powder to hot water and mix into 45 ml of espresso. Cool over ice cubes and set aside. Also mix sugar water (I use 20 grams of fine sugar to make 20 ml) and then prepare everything.
step2: Pour sugar water and chilled milk into a glass and stir well.
step3: Add ice cubes until the cup is 80% full.
Step 4: Use a fork or spoon to hold the edge of the cup and slowly pour in the coffee to create a layered effect. (A larger tilt angle is more conducive to layering)
step5: The picture is completed, and the layering effect is obvious.
step6: Stir evenly when drinking.
Tips:
The recipe used here is from the Barista's Guide, which is easy to follow. As for the sugar water, the recipe only records the sugar water, and does not mention the amount of sugar to be mixed. Because the coffee is black coffee, it is quite bitter. If you like it less sweet, you can put less sugar, and if you like it sweeter, put more sugar. There is no set rule. (If you use sweet milk, you can skip this step)
