Coffee filling: 80 grams of white kidney bean filling, 5 grams of pure instant coffee powder, and 5 grams of cooked flour.

2. Divide the kidney bean filling into several equal parts, roll them into round shapes and set aside.

3. Make the milky kidney bean filling: 150 grams of white kidney bean filling and 25 grams of whole milk powder. Knead repeatedly, mix well, wrap with plastic wrap and set aside.

4. Make the mocha coffee crust: 40 grams of white kidney bean filling, 15 grams of cocoa powder, 2.5 grams of pure instant coffee powder, and 5 grams of cooked flour. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, knead them repeatedly to mix evenly, wrap them with plastic wrap, and set aside.

5. Make coffee filling: 80g white kidney bean filling, 5g pure instant coffee powder, 5g cooked flour. Mix all the ingredients together and knead until evenly mixed. Wrap with plastic wrap and set aside.

6. After kneading the three different flavors of kidney bean fillings, wrap them in plastic wrap and set aside.

7. Divide the prepared kidney bean fillings of different flavors into several small equal parts, knead them into small round balls and set aside. (The weight of each ball depends on the size of the mold). Here, they are divided into 6 equal parts.

8. Take a piece of milk-flavored kidney bean filling, flatten it, and put coffee filling on it.

9. Wrap the coffee filling in the milk-flavored kidney bean filling (the specific effect is shown in the picture above).

10. Take another piece of mocha coffee crust and press it into a round cake shape. Place the milky coffee bean filling you just wrapped in the middle and wrap it up in the same way.

11. Finally, we take an equal amount of mold and press out the pattern shape of the mooncake, and the mocha coffee kidney bean mooncake is ready. The other ones can be made in the same way.

12. The finished mocha coffee mooncakes can actually be eaten, but if we put them in the refrigerator for a while before taking them out to eat, the taste will be better.
