Materials

  • 30g coffee beans
  • 20g milk
  • 50g whipping cream
  • Chocolate sauce 1g
  • 10g condensed milk

Steps

1. Fragrant Italian coffee beans.

2. Grind the coffee beans in a grinder.

3. The coarseness of the grind powder can be as shown in the picture.

4. Unscrew the moka pot and add mineral water to the bottom base, making sure the horizontal line does not exceed the position of the screws.

5. Place the mesh container on the base and add the coffee powder until it is level with the container.

6. Wet the filter paper with water and stick it on the filter mouth of the upper pot.

7. Tighten the upper and lower parts. Place the stove rack on the gas stove, adjust the flame and start cooking.

8. After boiling, let the espresso that comes out from the center be extracted until it stops coming out.

9. Beat the cream with an electric whisk.

10. Boil the milk, cool it to 75 degrees, and beat it with an electric whisk until there is a lot of foam.

11. Pour coffee into a cup, add a spoonful of condensed milk and some milk foam, then add whipped cream with a spoon, pour chocolate sauce on top, and use a toothpick to draw patterns.

Tips

When brewing coffee with a moka pot, first fill the lower chamber with water, but do not exceed the safety vent. Then fill the filter with coffee powder. The filter is carefully designed by experts, so there is no need to measure the amount of coffee powder, just fill the filter. Then put the upper and lower chambers in and tighten them, and then put it on the fire to cook. Remember to tighten it completely.
