Simply put, mocha coffee is made by pouring one third of Italian espresso, one third of hot chocolate and one third of hot milk into a coffee cup in sequence.

Coffee flavor: Mocha has a distinct taste. It has a strong sour taste, with the strong taste of Italian espresso, the sweetness of chocolate, and the smoothness of milk.

Mocha is often assumed to be a fancy coffee with chocolate sauce in espresso, but there is actually a single-origin coffee called Mocha. The name Mocha comes from the port of Mocha in Yemen. According to legend, in the 17th century, the place where Europeans first imported coffee and spread it to the world was the world's largest coffee port - Mocha Port.

Although Ethiopia was the first country in the world to discover coffee, Yemen was the first country in the world to produce coffee on a large scale as a crop. In the early 17th century, the first batch of Yemeni coffee was exported to Europe via the ancient small port of Mocha Port, which amazed the Europeans. Because all exported coffee sacks were printed with the MOCHA mark to prove that they were transported from Mocha Port, Europeans called the delicious coffee shipped from Mocha Port "Mocha Coffee", which is why Mocha became synonymous with coffee in the early days.

The word Mocha has many meanings. Around 600 AD, the first coffee bean that left its homeland, Ethiopia, took root in Yemen, across the Red Sea, and started the coffee business all over the world. Since the most important export port for Yemeni coffee in the early days was the port of Mocha, the coffee produced in Yemen was also called "Mocha" beans; Mocha coffee beans are small and fragrant, with strong acidity, moderate sweetness, and a special flavor. Washed coffee beans are a well-known high-quality coffee, often drunk alone. But if you can mix and blend coffee, it is an ideal comprehensive coffee.

Over time, some people began to use "Mocha" as a nickname for coffee. Later, because the aftertaste of Mocha coffee is like chocolate, the word "Mocha" was extended to mean a mixture of hot chocolate and coffee.

Since the Italian Alfonso Bialetti invented the first Moka Pot in 1933, it has provided all families with a simple and convenient option for brewing Italian coffee. As the first choice for brewing coffee at home, it is no exaggeration to call BIALETTI the father of the Moka Pot!

Therefore, Mocha coffee, which is also called "Mocha", represents three different meanings: Mocha beans, Mocha pot and Italian coffee.
