Latte

Latte is a classic drink that combines strong espresso with silky smooth milk foam. It has both a strong bitter taste and a soft and dense taste, making it a favorite choice for many coffee lovers.

Making a latte requires a certain amount of skill. First, create a rich base with espresso. Then, add just the right amount of foam to the milk and gently pour it over the espresso. This allows the two liquids to blend fully and form a unique and beautiful pattern.

Hand-poured coffee

Hand brewing is a traditional and refined method of making coffee that pays attention to every step and detail to ensure the best taste and flavor. During the hand brewing process, factors such as water flow rate, water temperature, and grinding degree will affect the final result.

In order to make perfect hand-brewed coffee, you need to use a professional-grade filter cup and accurately control parameters such as temperature and time. After grinding the right amount and evenly filling it into the filter cup, slowly inject the pre-prepared water at the appropriate temperature for extraction. This allows each powder to fully contact the water and release the best aroma and taste.
