To brew a good cup of coffee, in addition to fresh coffee powder and slightly higher hardness, of course, there is also a set of manual red tools. Commonly used coffee machines have three types of brewing.
Drip type: pouring water over the coffee grounds, so that the coffee liquid passes through the filter cloth or filter paper at a natural body speed and flows into the container. Basically, this way can't soak the coffee grounds, just let the hot water slowly pass through the coffee grounds.
Drip cups and electric coffee makers fall into this category and are the simplest brewing tools that produce clean, bright coffee foam.
Folding type: Put the coffee powder in the pot, soak it in hot water for a few minutes, then filter the cloth or filter the coffee grounds to form a cup of coffee liquid.
Siphon pots, clay pots, Belgian coffee pots, and Vietnamese coffee pots are all filter brewing tools that have an immersion process that creates a more complex flavor.
High-pressure type: Uses pressurized hot water to pass through a dense packing of ground coffee, producing a strong cup of coffee. Tools for this form are moka pots and espresso machines.
