A brief discussion on the “good” and “bad” coffee. Why is freshly roasted coffee so expensive?

Nowadays, more and more people like to drink coffee, but many of them often say that this coffee is so unpalatable, and whose coffee is so unpalatable? The "delicious" and "unpalatable" that people often say when drinking coffee are personal preferences. When true coffee lovers evaluate coffee, they should first judge "good, bad", and then evaluate "delicious, unpalatable" ~ So what is the price of good coffee, freshly roasted coffee?

Fresh roasted coffee

Let me give you an example to illustrate this: for someone who doesn’t like drinking, even if you give him a bottle of high-end Moutai, it will still be “unpalatable”; similarly, for someone who doesn’t like sour coffee, even if the sour taste of the coffee is of high quality, it will still be “unpalatable”.

"Good to drink" or "bad to drink" is a matter of personal preference, and it is difficult to make an objective evaluation. However, compared with the evaporated Moutai and the freshly opened Moutai, the freshly opened Moutai is undoubtedly the "good" Moutai! If we judge it by "good" and "bad", the word "fresh" can be discussed objectively!

So coffee should be judged as "good" or "bad" first, and then as "delicious" or "unpalatable". So what kind of coffee is considered "good coffee"?

Good coffee should have the following four conditions:

1. Green beans from excellent tree species without any defects.

2. Freshly roasted coffee beans (within the quoted expiration date of roasting, best within two weeks after roasting . Stored as beans, grind the ingredients before brewing).

3. Freshly ground coffee.

4. Freshly brewed coffee. In other words, the so-called "good coffee" is "high-quality green beans produced by high-quality tree species, after removing defective beans, properly roasted, correctly extracted within its effective period, and delivered to customers in a timely manner".

Fresh Coffee

There are often some shops that reheat the brewed coffee and serve it to customers. There are also some coffee shops that use raw beans that have been aged for weeks or even months to make coffee for customers. From a health perspective, this can be said to be "bad coffee."

Therefore, before a coffee shop can provide "delicious" coffee, it should first make "good" coffee carefully. "Good coffee" is not necessarily "delicious coffee", and "bad coffee" is undoubtedly "unpalatable coffee"!

There are only two most important concepts in a coffee shop: one is quality, and the other is health. Sweet and Warm My Heart Freshly Roasted Coffee. Although the shop is not very big, it still adheres to the concept of quality, health and freshness. All efforts are just for a cup of good coffee, just for a cup of coffee you like, just for a cup of coffee that you want to have another cup after drinking it, just for you to spend a good time here...
