Store Management Teams
Each Beanscene store requires a team of both full and part time Duty Managers to provide flexibility of cover for our 7.30am till 11pm operation

Store Manager
This is a full time position and a “hands on” management role
You’ll be required to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends
You’ll be fully responsible for every operational aspect of the day to day running of your store including;

  • Achievement of financial Key Performance Indicators
  • Delivery of consistently excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Setting our unique Beanscene store vibe
  • Recruitment and training>
  • Implementation and delivery of all legal requirements including employment law, food safety and health and safety
Previous management experience within a busy retail environment is essential and previous catering experience preferred
Full training focused incentive package and quarterly business performance bonus applies

Assistant Manager
This is a full time position and a “hands on” management role
You’ll be required to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends
You’ll be fully responsible for supporting your Store Manager with every operational aspect of the day to day running of the store (see above) and your focus should be firmly fixed on developing your skills to Store Management level for opportunities arising in both existing and new build stores
Previous management/supervisory experience within a busy retail environment is essential and previous catering experience preferred

Supervisor
This is a full time or part time position and a “hands on” supervisory role
You’ll be required to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends
You’ll be fully responsible for ensuring the smooth running of your Duty Management shifts to include;
  • Delivery of consistently excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Team management and direction
  • Product quality and consistency
  • Adherence to all legislative procedures including employment law, food safety and health and safety
Previous supervisory or full time experience within a busy retail environment is essential and previous catering experience preferred

Excellent promotional opportunities to Assistant Manager level within both existing and new build stores

Full and Part Time Non Management Positions
Each Beanscene store requires a team of anything from 4 to 10 full and part team members depending on the size of the store

Full Time Team Member
You’ll be required to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends
You’ll be fully responsible for supporting the store management team with every operational aspect of the day to day running of the store to include;
  • Delivery of consistently excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Preparation and delivery of the highest quality of food and drinks
  • Delivery of the highest standard of front and back of house standards>
  • Adherence to all legislative procedures including employment law, food safety and health and safety
Previous customer focused experience within a busy retail environment is essential and previous catering experience preferred
Full training focused incentive package applies

Part Time Team Member
You’ll be required to work a mix of day shifts, evening shifts and weekends where possible. You must be able to be flexible with your shift availability – this is a key part of your role within the team!
