Live at Beanscene

There are only three criteria we require to be met when we're considering an act for Beanscene Live, well four if you count the fact that we actually have to think you're wicked as one.

The other three:
• You can hold a tune!
• It's your own tune i.e. no karaoke pop idol covers!
• Whether you're the new Led Zep or the new Polyphonic Spree you can strip the line up down to bare minimum 'unplugged' for a Beanscene show On a more serious note there is a strong tie between the live format within our stores and our label Luna Records.

Luna's A&R philosophy is simple - the artists we work with are as passionate about what they do as we are.

Musically there are no barriers - it's about attitude, energy and melody

At Luna Records we're committed to ensuring that the artists we work with retain full creative control and, importantly, ownership of their work. This has ensured there is always a highly energised team spirit in the camp and by distributing solely through Beanscene stores and via our website we can keep costs to an absolute minimum. This allows our artists and the Luna team to work in partnership to focus on making great music and getting it directly to people who want to hear it!
